This Shipping Policy explains how Waggerly processes and ships orders.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared within 24-48 hours of purchase. Personalized items (collars and sets with an engraved nameplate) are engraved during this same processing window at no extra cost.
Delivery Time
Because our products are made to order and shipped from our fulfillment partner, delivery takes longer than typical next-day retail shipping:
- United States: approximately 7-16 business days from the date of purchase.
- United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand: approximately 10-20 business days from the date of purchase.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high order volume.
Shipping Rates
- United States: $8.00 flat rate, free on orders of $70.00 or more.
- United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand: $12.00 flat rate.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us through our contact page and we will help track down your package.
